Luke 'Bit2Easy' Reeves had two massive SCOOP-cashes on Day 7. After finishing third in SCOOP-20-H for $163K, Luke 'Bit2Easy' Reeves wasn't done yet as he wrapped up another two-day event on top. Soon after the final table began, leader Linus 'LLinusLLove' Loeliger was on the button when Luke 'Bit2Easy' Reeves min-raised from the hijack, and Loeliger responded with an all-in jam. Com 157 was in the big blind and called to commit a stack of almost 4 million (close to. Luke 'Bit2Easy' Reeves three-bet shoved from the big blind for 5,614,848 for Holz to make the call. Luke 'Bit2Easy' Reeves: Fedor 'CrownUpGuy' Holz: The board ran out for Holz to hold with the nines for two pair to bust Reeves in third place.

The persons behind the screen names
When the question about who is the poker player that have won most of all is raised the correct answer is probably Patrik Antonius. The Finnish player won most of his money between 2008 and 2011 on Full Tilt Poker. He moved later on to PokerStars and played under the alias “FindaGrind” and was highly successful once again. His total winnings online are estimated to around $17 million!
Among the other of the biggest online winners are names like Phil Ivey (a.k.a. 'Polarazing' and 'RaiseOnce'), Phil Galfond (a.k.a. 'OMGClayAiken' and 'MrSweets28'), Dan Cates (a.k.a. 'jungleman12') and Brian Hastings (a.k.a. ' LucLonely').
Sometimes a player gets lots of attention, but nobody knows who the person behind is. The most famous case is “Isildur1”. After a long time of speculation, it was finally official: “Isildur1” was the Swedish youngster Victor Blom.
When the politicians in Norway categorized poker as a game of luck which meant that poker online was illegal according to the gambling laws. Ola 'Odd_Oddsen' Amundsgard who know better of the game, challenge one of the Norwegian politicians: if the he beat Amundsgard he would get one million Norwegian crowns – the politician actually accepted the challenge, but was defeated.
Another Norwegian, Annette Obrestad are among the best female online players. She made herself a name on Full Tilt Poker with the screen name “Anette_15” and especially after a video was posted online in which she win a tournament without seeing her own cards.
Online poker thrived on March 15 probably because of the postponement and cancellation of dozens of live poker events that fell victim to the coronavirus.
Luke “Bit2Easy” Reeves was one of the main beneficiaries of the extra online traffic as he won a $21,296 prize at PokerStars.
Reeves plays more cash games than tournaments these days but he stepped into the MTT arena by entering the $2,100 Sunday High Roller. He eventually fell in fourth-place and won more than $21,000.
It was a superb result because Reeves had to tangle with some of the game’s biggest stars at the final table. The likes of Ole “wizowizo” Schemion, Andras “probirs” Nemeth, “bencb789”, Simon “C.Darwin2” Mattsson and Anton “anteen” Bertilsson were all present and correct, the latter eventually being crowned champion.
Reeves’ wasn’t the biggest prize won by one of our players at PokerStars. “Daghemuneguu” has that honour bestowed on them.
They finished third in the $530 Bounty Builder High Roller and walked away with $32,792 including bounty payments.
Some of the other notable results at PokerStars included:
- “com 157” – second-place in the $215 Sunday Warm-Up for $22,099
- Jonathan “Proudflop” Proudfoot – first-place in the $530 Sunday 500 for $19,676*
- “1MTM91” – fourth-place in the $215 Sunday Warm-Up for $11,638
- “chtrumfeinz” – second-place in the Bigger $215 for $11,111
- Conor “1_conor_b_1” Beresford – sixth-place in the $109 Sunday Cooldown for $4,819

*includes bounty payments
There was plenty to shout about over at GGPoker where “TheFishMonger” triumphed in the High Rollers $250 and banked the $30,503 top prize. That tournament ended in a five-handed deal but our man came out on top.
GGPoker high stakes regular “pDNA” continued their impressive run with a sixth-place finish in the High Rollers Main Event $500. This was worth $6,213.
Meanwhile, the GG Masters saw $311,880 awarded this week and a Union Jack reached the final table. OK, so Morten “-MortenVM-” Mortensen is Danish but he lives on these shores so we’re claiming this and his $23,501 prize!
888poker was a happy hunting ground for our players with two of them walking away with Sunday Major titles.
Ireland’s Ronan “Sw33ney” Sweeney took down the $100,000 Sunday Mega Deep for $19,102 while “salue7” of the UK walked away with the $10,305 third-place prize. They were both joined on the final table by “Hailey88” who finished in seventh-place for a $3,331 score.
It was a similar story in the $20,000 Sunday Challenge. “notaboutlove” finished in ninth-place for $482 before “EZ.PZ” navigated their way to third place, a finish worth $2,831. The champion was one of our own, “Octopokes” taking down the tournament and padding their bankroll with $5,181.]
Bit2easy Poker
We even had a finalist in the $20,000 Whale, a $320 buy-in event that attracts poker’s elite. “MarkBurtoni” made it all the way to third-place for $3,000.
We can’t bring you the biggest results from partypoker because all Sunday’s tournament can longer be found in the lobby.
